Will I continue to use MemberLink to manage my plan online?

You may continue to use MemberLink to access your 2018 plan only. After January 1, 2019, your MemberLink access will be for informational purposes only. You may be unable to access some of your 2018 plan information or perform certain functions, like searching for a Provider.

I'm a new member in 2019, where do I register and access my plan?

If you have a 2019 plan, you will be using a new secure website to manage your plan. The new website will have all the features of MemberLink and more! You'll be able to:

  • Check your account balance
  • Confirm payment postings
  • Pay your monthly premium
  • Check eligibility status
  • Change your personal information
  • Order member materials
  • Perform other customized member functions

How long can I continue to use MemberLink? I'm a 2018 member, and…
  • I will continue to have a plan in 2019:
    • You can continue to use this site until December 31st to view your 2018 plan information. Beginning January 1, 2019, you will be able to access both your 2018 and 2019 plan information on WellCare's secure Member Portal. You'll just need to register on the new website.
  • I will not have a plan in 2019:
    • You can continue to view your 2018 plan information in MemberLink until June 30, 2019. This is for informational purposes only. During this time, you may be unable to access some of your plan information or perform certain functions, like searching for a Provider.
Will my current MemberLink logon work on the new website?

No. You'll need to register on the new website. Enter the following information to register and access your plan information online:

  • Your subscriber ID (on your Member ID card)
  • Date of birth
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Middle name (optional)
  • Valid email address
What if I want to enroll in a different plan for 2019?

The Annual Election Period from October 15 – December 7 is your opportunity to enroll in a new Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan, switch from your current plan, or return to Original Medicare for coverage that is effective on January 1 of 2019. If you're satisfied with your current plan, you don't need to do anything. Your membership will renew automatically for the coming year.

Will my benefits for 2019 be changing?

Plan coverage and costs change from year to year. This is why it's important to review the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) you should have received in the mail in September. These documents explain any changes in coverage or costs that will become effective in January of 2019. If you have any questions about your plan, please contact Member Services at the number on the back of your Member ID card.
